Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking qualified individuals to join its client servicing team in Hong Kong. The role involves handling inquiries from clients and salespersons via email and phone, performing callbacks, and assisting with account opening documentation for local and offshore businesses.

We value customer-oriented individuals with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years client servicing experience in financial industry; brokerage house experience is a plus
• Possession of SFC Type 1, 2 licenses is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
