Job summary

ISS Facility Services Limited in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, seeks a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and manage training programmes for the HK market. You will lead blended learning journeys, leveraging AI-backed methods and an in-house LMS.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in training/HR or education and at least 3 years’ experience in training design and LMS management. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual English/Chinese is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience organizing, designing and delivering training programmes.
• Hands-on experience managing LMS and developing e-learning content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and data analytics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, conduct and develop training programmes aligned with local HK market.
• Design and facilitate blended learning journeys using digital content and AI methods.
• Manage the in-house LMS platform: content upload, user mgmt, tracking and analytics.
• Analyze training feedback and prepare reports; recommend continuous improvement.
• Coordinate QF course accreditation, renewal and related compliance in HK.
• Update training materials and handle course logistics and admin tasks.

What you'll do

Plan, design, conduct and develop various training programmers to meet organizational goals, values and culture, with a focus on localizing group-level curricula for the Hong Kong market

Design and facilitate blended learning journeys incorporating digital-first content, microlearning, and AI-supported methods such as scenario-based simulations

Facilitate dynamic workshops and seminars (virtual & in-person) for all staff levels across the organization

Learning Management System (LMS)

Manage the in-house LMS platform, including content uploading, user management, update and completion tracking

Leverage LMS analytics to monitor learner engagement, completion rates and training compliance

Champion the LMS as the central hub for continuous learning and development

Training Needs Analysis & Evaluation

Work closely with operations / functions manager to identify training needs and provide appropriate training support

Collect, compile and analyse training feedback using data analysis tools, and prepare training reports

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications Framework (QF) Support

Coordinate and support internal QF course accreditation, renewal and re-licensing matters, ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework requirements

Liaise with relevant internal departments and external awarding bodies for QF applications, audits and reporting

Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for all QF-related courses

Content & Documentation

Maintain and update training materials and employee training records

Assist in documentation and administrative tasks related to training programmers (e.g. course logistics coordination, attendance records)

Ad-hoc Duties

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management, Education, or related disciplines

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in organising, designing and delivering training programmes, preferably in a sizeable corporate services environment

Hands-on experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing e-learning content

Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, data analytics, or digital education technology is highly preferred

Experience or knowledge of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF) and accreditation processes is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

People-oriented, proactive, energetic, self-motivated with strong business acumen

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
