ISS Facility Services Limited in Central is seeking an Assistant Facilities Officer to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining smooth facility operations. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong service mindset and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Facilities Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the facility.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in facilities management or a related field are a plus.
Proven experience in a facilities management role or similar.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and positive attitude towards work.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Experience with facilities management software.
Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance.
