Job summary

Delken Group Limited, on behalf of a leading financial institution, is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer in Hong Kong. You will support recruitment, manpower planning, career development, benefits administration, and HR policy reviews, helping to maintain an efficient HR operation.

The role requires a university degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong English and Chinese communication, plus proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PeopleSoft HR

Qualifications

• University degree in human resources management or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on HR experience; knowledge of labour ordinances is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits and HRIS is advantageous.

Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to various human resources functions, such as recruitment, manpower planning, career development, benefits administration, maintenance of human resources information system, and other HR policy reviews and functions

Requirements:

• University degree in human resources management or related fields
• HKDSE/HKCEE with 5 subjects pass including Chinese & English is a must
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the human resources field prefer in sizable company
• Hands-on experience in HR, knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system and labour-related ordinances a definite advantage
• Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
