Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to support compensation and benefits operations, including payroll processing, HR audits, tax filing, benefits enrollment and termination, and leave administration. The role also covers annual reviews, C&B projects, policy development, insurer liaison, events organization, and supervising a small team to ensure timely delivery.

A degree in HR, 5–8 years HR experience (3+ in supervision), HK Employment Ordinance knowledge, and fluency

• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• 5–8 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related laws.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines


• 5-8 years' experience in human resources in which at least 3 years in supervisory level, preferably gained in sizable companies or diversified organizations


• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances


• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in using Oracle will be advantage


• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
