Job summary

Lanon-Development-Limited is hiring an HR professional in Hong Kong to manage compensation & benefits, payroll, MPF and taxation processes. The role focuses on benefits for about 500 staff and supports recruitment activities as needed. Strong MS Office skills and bilingual English/Chinese communication are required.

The position offers a 5-day work week with medical insurance, double pay and family-friendly leave options. We seek a proactive, responsible team member for ongoing HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ solid HR experience in a sizable organization.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll, MPF and taxation.
• Focus on compensation & benefits for around 500 headcount.
• Assist in recruitment process.
