Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd seeks a committed HR professional to cover recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations and staff engagement programs. You will maintain compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and company policy while building strong relationships with department heads and NGO partners.

Experience in advertising recruitment channels and supporting internship schemes and branding initiatives is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in HRM or related discipline.
• At least 4 years HR experience in a sizable company.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and related legislations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with company policy, local legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with section heads to summarize hiring needs and maintain strong NGO stakeholder partnerships for HR initiatives.
• Evaluate advertising/recruitment channels and support summer internship schemes and branding initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Job description

Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities, etc;

Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance with company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements;

Work close and build rapport relationship with section heads and summarize the hiring needs;

Maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives;

Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and recruitment channels;

Support to summer internship schemes and branding initiatives;

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years or above HR experience in sizable company;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related legislations;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinking and customer-oriented;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office (exp. Excel) and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Candidates with more experience can be consider as Senior Human Resources Officer.
