Job summary

Swire Hotels in Hong Kong seeks a Project Analyst, HRIS Transformation to support the group-wide SAP SuccessFactors rollout across Hong Kong and Mainland China. You will bridge HR processes with data management, system configuration, testing, and automation, reporting to the Project Manager.

The role requires 2–4 years in HRIS projects, proficiency in Excel, Power Query, VBA, and Power Automate, and fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus; office near MTR with meals and wellness program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS transformation projects or HRIS administration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and VBA for data cleansing and reports.
• Experience building workflow automations with Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and lifecycle.
• Excellent English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project milestones, workshops, training, and liaison with partners.
• Coordinate data migration from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop automation flows and reporting using Power Query, VBA, and Power Automate.
• Assist with UAT, test scripts, defect logging, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project docs and prepare status slides for leadership.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
