Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst in Hong Kong to lead full-lifecycle HR system implementation. You will drive complex payroll integration, data migration, and act as a bridge between business processes and technology solutions.

You will join a team delivering enterprise HR transformations, coordinating with external vendors and internal IT and HR stakeholders to ensure successful system upgrades and reliable payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HRIS coordination, analysis, or implementation.
• Strong payroll domain knowledge and data migration experience.
• Experience with cloud-based HRM platforms is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for data mapping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for HR system implementation activities with vendors and internal teams.
• Document legacy HR processes and data structures to enable migration to the new system.
• Coordinate data cleansing, mappings, and migration validation across modules.
• Support structured test cycles including payroll and integration scenarios.
• Coordinate testers and ensure defects are logged, tracked, and resolved with the vendor.
• Validate integrations between HRIS, payroll, finance, and access control from a business view.
• Collaborate on cut-over plans, blackout periods, parallel runs, and rollback procedures.
• Deliver clear reports, meeting summaries, and recommendations to project managers.
