Job summary

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Training Administration Officer to provide logistic and on-site support for internal staff training programmes. You will process sponsorships and reimbursements, maintain training system data, collect statistics, and assist executives in annual staff training planning.

A Higher Diploma/Associate degree in HRM or 5 HKCEE passes plus 5 years of clerical experience is required; strong English/Chinese (Putonghua preferred) and

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• HKCEE with 5 passes including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Preferably experience in training administration and/or e-learning system management.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Able to work independently with initiative and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistic and on-site support in organizing internal staff training programmes.
• Process sponsorships/reimbursements for internal and external training promptly.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy of staff training system data for effective resource utilization.
• Collect and collate data/statistics on staff training trends to support annual planning.
• Deliver admin support for reviewing/updating staff training policies and procedures.
• Handle enquiries from staff and assist with ad hoc projects.
