Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association is seeking an Executive Officer (Human Resources) to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. You will maintain HRIS, manage records and assist in policy development to ensure compliance with employment legislation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisations.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related employment laws.

• Coordinate recruitment, job ads, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records with confidentiality.
• Assist in HR policies development and compliance.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including benefits and attendance.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower statistics.
• Provide secretariat support to HR committees and meetings.
• Coordinate staff training and engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
