Huawei Hong Kong is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition professional to provide full-cycle recruiting support, from talent search to onboarding. You will collaborate with business units to define job requirements, optimize JDs, and coordinate end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities include arranging interviews, background checks, data entry, and reporting on recruiting metrics. Fluency in English/Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred; immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; candidate should have a solid foundation in HR processes.
• "> 3+ years in HR, preferably in fast-paced MNCs or Chinese organizations
• "> 1+ year in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus
• "> Detail-minded, independent, responsible, well-organized
• "> Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; MS Office skills essential

• Provide full support for Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Team to complete the whole process of talent search, interview arrangement, background check and onboarding etc.;
• Work closely with business departments to clarify position requirements (JD optimization, hiring criteria etc.);
• Coordinate internal movement and off-boarding logistics, e.g. prepare letters, forms, data entry and filing etc.
• Regularly analyze recruitment data, provide insights into the talent market and recruiting strategy recommendations.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments, reports preparing and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Management or other related majors.
• With 3 year or above working experience in Human Resources function, preferably in fast-paced MNC or Chinese Organization
• With 3 year or above on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Detail-minded, independent, responsible and well-organized.
• Sensitive to number and data
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
