HR Plus seeks a Recruiter to join the expanding HR team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with senior management to identify manpower needs and devise effective strategies.

Responsibilities include driving time-to-fill targets, enhancing employer branding, and leading a team of talent acquisition specialists. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Solid experience in Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitmentprocess. Working closely with senior management and hiring managers, youwill identify their manpower needs and devise effective recruitmentstrategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets;
• Reviewand leverage the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives,review recruitment procedures & policy and ensure an amazing hiringjourney for candidates;
• Responsiblefor identifying and developing creative initiatives to strengthen staffengagement Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition specialists;
• Assist in office administrative tasks and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignment;

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience is required, althoughfresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
