Black Mountain (HK) Ltd, located in Central, Hong Kong, seeks an HR Administrator/ Trainee to support payroll and HR outsourcing. The role offers a five-day work week, health benefits, and comprehensive training to nurture your interest in payroll and HR services.

The successful candidate will assist on payroll processing, MPF administration, salaries tax filing, HR advisory, visa applications, and employee benefits, while gaining exposure to HRIS systems and client-focused HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Required: strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn payroll processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Familiarity with employment ordinances and MPF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and autopay for multinational clients.
• Assist with MPF administration, tax filing, and HRIS data entry.
• Provide HR advisory and administrative support, including visa applications.
• Manage e-leave and other HRIS tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with clients and senior team members to resolve HR/payroll inquiries.
