Job summary

Lucky27 Limited is seeking an HR & Admin professional in Hong Kong to support daily payroll, MPF and benefits enrolment for store and back-office staff.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, handle ad hoc admin tasks, and work independently with attention to detail. Experience in F&B or beauty services is a plus; candidate with less experience may be considered as HR & Admin Officer.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years solid hands-on experience on Payroll, MPF
• Ability to work independently, with analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in F&B, Beauty Clinic is a plus.
• One-man band experience in HR & Admin is preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer.

Responsibilities

• Handle Ad hoc and routine Admin tasks from both retail shop and back office.
• Handle Payroll, MPF, C&B and medical insurance enrolment.
• Handle full-cycle Recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding.
