Job summary

PwC Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to drive seamless HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive workplace culture. You will handle policy management, employee relations, onboarding, visa administration, and mobility processes within a multinational environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR management and at least 8 years of HR Operations/Generalist experience, preferably in professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of work experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist.
• Previous experience in a professional services firm or multinational corporate environment is preferred.
• Profound expert knowledge of labour regulations at national and local city levels (Hong Kong and Macau).
• Extensive experience in managing employee relations matters including investigations and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive workplace culture.
• Policy management, employee relations, and operational excellence across HR functions.
• Interpret regulations and provide expert advice on HR policies and ER cases.
• Communicate public holiday and office work arrangements in accordance with holiday policies.
• Support Global Mobility processes and ensure legal compliance of employment documents.
• Perform onboarding, visa administration, government subsidy applications and benefits support.
