Job summary

Travel Expert Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage the full HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

You will maintain accurate employee records, oversee leave and benefits administration, ensure policy compliance with Hong Kong regulations, and support management with HR reporting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years' all-rounded HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and staff movement documentation with up-to-date HR data.
• Administer employee benefits and leave management, and support HR policies and compliance.
• Coordinate orientation and induction for new hires and support HR systems and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
• Participate in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
