Job summary

BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Ltd is seeking a capable Human Resources professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage the full employee lifecycle in Hong Kong.

You will administer payroll, MPF contributions, HRIS, compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, and HR data analysis to support management decisions, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience; banking/financial sector is a plus.
• Hands-on HRIS implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Detail-oriented with numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and conduct HR data analysis to support planning decisions.
• Administer and maintain HRIS, ensure accurate master data and records.
• Execute end-to-end payroll administration, including MPF and leave management.
• Coordinate training needs, organize courses, and maintain records.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and provide guidance on HR policies.
