Job summary

Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and selection, payroll processing, MPF administration, attendance records, leave management and benefits administration.

You will provide operational support for HR services, prepare employment letters and contracts, assist with HR audits, filing and document management, and help with ad hoc HR projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
• Experience working in HR or administrative support is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR operations including recruitment and selection.
• Handle payroll processing and MPF administration.
• Maintain attendance records and manage leave.
• Support benefits administration and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and HR documents.
• Assist with HR audits, filing and document management; support ad hoc HR projects.

Prepare employment-related letters, contracts and HR documents;

Assist with HR audits, reports, filing and document management; and

Job Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese ;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Responsible, reliable and organised; and
• Immediate availability will be given priority.
