Job summary

Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Policy Administration Specialist (Insurance) on a 1-year contract to process policy service applications and related administration within planned service standards. The role involves handling offline policy applications, premium notices, refunds, document checks and uploads, and supporting the underwriting team with ad hoc tasks.

Strong PC skills and bilingual English/Chinese are required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in insurance/banking/financial operation and admin fields is preferred, fresh graduate also welcome.
• A self-starter and good team player.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Process policy service applications and related administration issues with planned service standard and within targeted service turnaround time.
• Process and review offline policy applications.
• Perform new and renewal premium, verify and send out the corresponding notices; handle refund matters related to new policies and send out the relevant notices.
• Check, scan, and upload supplementary documents provided by clients, and perform final checks, printing, and dispatch of policy contracts.
• Support the underwriting team in handling any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
