Job summary

Easylink Payment Network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to handle payroll processes, maintain personnel records, and manage MPF administration. The role also covers filing, database maintenance, and supporting ad-hoc projects as required.

Ideal candidates will have a HR or business administration degree, 2–3 years' experience, strong bilingual Chinese/English abilities including Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Excel. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or business administration or related discipline.
• 2-3 years' working experience preferred.
• Good command of Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Payroll calculation and updating personnel records.
• MPF administration and calculation.
• Handle office expenses claims procedure and maintain filing/databases.
• Support ad-hoc assignments/projects as required.

Job description

HR functions including but not limited to payroll calculation, update of personnel record, MPF administration & calculation.

Handle office expenses claims procedure, maintain filing and database systems.

Handle and support ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in HR or business adminstration or related discipline.

2-3 years working experience is preferable.

Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin.

Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel.

Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage

Self-motivated, attentive to details and good team player.

Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
