Job summary

Keio Engineering Co Ltd., based in Hong Kong, seeks a competent HR Generalist to manage recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. The role involves preparing HR reports and ensuring proper administration of Performance Management processes.

The candidate should have 2+ years HR experience, be well-versed in Employment Ordinance, and possess strong English and Chinese writing/communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant working experiences in Human Resources field
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, independent, able to work under pressure
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation and benefits and employee relations
• Compile and maintain periodic HR management reports
• Ensure adherence to and proper administration of the staff Performance Management Process
• Assist in HR policies and procedures review
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
