Gfi World in Hong Kong seeks an HR Assistant to support full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations. This is a hands-on generalist role in a dynamic team, located in Tsuen Wan.

The role also assists in month-end closure, financial analysis, and filing, plus support to the Director on business planning and operational improvements. Strong written English and Cantonese are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (written)
• 1–2 years of working experience
• Excellent written English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations, etc
• Assist in on month end closure, including financial analysis and document filing
• Support the Director on business planning, Material research proposal writing and operational improvements
