Job summary

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to oversee Compensation & Benefits. The role focuses on payroll, MPF, leave records, and employee data management to ensure accurate and timely services.

You will support queries, assist with performance management, handle workplace conflicts, and administer staff benefits such as medical and dental insurance, all while ensuring compliance with the Employment Ordinance and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong payroll calculation knowledge.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration, leave records and employee data management
• Support employee queries, assist with performance management and resolve conflicts
• Manage work-related injury cases, liaise with insurers, ensure proper documentation and resolution
• Administer employee benefits including medical and dental insurance
• Assist in preparing annual performance appraisals, annual budgets and salary review cycles
• Ensure company policies are administered fairly and in compliance with local regulations
