Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Officer/Senior HR Officer to support HR operations and administration across the organisation. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, office administration and project coordination in a dynamic environment.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, manage staff records, assist HR policies, and support travel arrangements for visitors.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist, HR & Administration or HR Operations experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Able to work independently and maturely.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee matters
• Assist with HR policies, procedures and documentation
• Coordinate staff records and HR administration
• Provide office administration and operational support
• Coordinate insurance renewals and vendor management
• Arrange travel bookings and logistics for business visitors and VIP guests
• Prepare reports, presentation materials and management documentation
• Support departmental projects and ad hoc assignments
