Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Administration or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of F&B HR/admin experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle C&B duties including payroll, benchmarking, benefits review.
• Drive annual compensation processes and staff appraisals.
• Ensure HR processes meet Hong Kong Labour Ordinance requirements.
• Provide general admin support and maintain personnel files.
