Shangri-La Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations within our hotel. The role focuses on ensuring strict adherence to established standards while guiding colleagues to maintain a safe, reassuring environment for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a formal security qualification, 3+ years of hotel or security experience, and a valid Security Personnel Permit. You will manage the security team, monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, and coach

Formación

• Certificate or above in Security Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry.
• Valid Security Personnel Permit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the security team in daily operations.
• Ensure operations follow established standards and policies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to maintain hotel and department standards.
• Cultivate excellent guest relations and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and report security or safety issues to Management.
