Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our Security team. Based at the landmark property, you will oversee day-to-day security operations, lead a team of Security Officers, and uphold the hotel's luxury standards.

You will communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, conduct drills, manage access controls, and respond promptly to incidents. Fluency in English and prior experience in international 5-star hotels are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same capacity in international 5-star luxury hotels.
• Well organized and structured.
• Good command in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Security Officer/Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations through effective leadership of a team of Security Officers.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior colleagues to maintain hotel and department standards.
• Safeguard information relating to the Hotel, Guests and Company.
• Ensure high levels of guard tour compliance across security officers.
• Coordinate comprehensive handovers and shift communications to ensure accurate information flow.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct drills and training as required.
