Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, part of Shangri-La Group, seeks a Lifeguard Supervisor to oversee daily operation of the outdoor pool, ensuring safety, hygiene and exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires Lifeguard, First Aid and AED certificates, at least 3 years’ relevant hotel or clubhouse experience, and fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Join a team that values safety, professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Possession of Lifeguard Certificate, First Aid Certificate and AED Certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels / Clubhouses.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the outdoor swimming pool and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Perform lifeguard duties and maintain safety at all times.
• Monitor pool cleanliness, water quality and equipment to maintain Hotel standards.
• Deliver attentive guest service and handle guests’ inquiries; proactively enhance guests’ satisfactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Team and Engineering Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage team scheduling and manpower deployment.
