Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the Security team and uphold luxury hospitality standards in a premier address. You will oversee daily security operations, mentor officers and protect guests, staff and hotel assets in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires a strong command of English and a proactive approach to risk management, emergencies, and guest safety, with opportunities to grow within a renowned luxury group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role at international 5-star luxury hotels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cross-cultural awareness.
• Good command in English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations with a team of Security Officers.
• Coach and guide junior colleagues to maintain hotel standards.
• Safeguard information relating to hotel, guests and company.
• Maintain a professional, confident image to guests and staff.
• Conduct regular checks of guest room security features and patrols.
• Coordinate shift handovers and ensure effective communication.
• Respond to emergencies and training drills as required.
