Job summary

dormakaba in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand the customer network in the region. You will lead efforts to secure qualified sales leads and build relationships with industry influencers to meet customer requirements and growth objectives.

Responsibilities include developing opportunities, making cold calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling proposals and tender documents to win deals.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ sales experience preferred.
• Higher Diploma or above in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in access solutions/door hardware/engineering is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
