Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Background in sourcing, trading, or manufacturing is valued.
• Experience in change management or modernizing traditional structures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HK-Mainland cross-border nuances.
• Diagnose administrative gaps and propose clear options.
• High emotional intelligence for stakeholder trust.
• Diplomatic, team player with mature dynamics.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel regionally (Mainland China, Thailand).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take full hands-on ownership of daily HK Headquarters HR operations and clerical tasks.
• Support executive leadership to translate group goals into coordinated HR actions.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, contract renewals, attendance tracking, and paperwork.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract qualified talent.
• Review international office structures to improve manpower planning and data transparency.
• Provide workforce metrics to support decision-making.
• Foster cross-divisional teamwork and routine process updates with empathy.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and modern reward framework.
• Identify opportunities to automate paperwork-heavy tasks for IT transformation.
• Coordinate future system migrations and software rollouts.
• Execute monthly payroll and MPF processing, and staff insurance renewals with high accuracy.
• Handle work injury tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Draft HR policies and SOPs, coordinating cross-border policy alignment.
• Establish regular HR reporting metrics across divisions.
