Delart is seeking a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to support daily HR, payroll, office operations, and finance coordination for its Hong Kong entity. You’ll be the primary onsite contact, coordinating with payroll providers, immigration counsel, and external vendors, while working with regional and global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ~4–5 years of HR/operations experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field required.
• Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, office operations, business administration, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating payroll in Hong Kong; familiar with Hong Kong payroll practices and MPF requirements.
• Experience working with external payroll, immigration, accounting, or professional service providers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and being the primary onsite administrative and security contact for a small office.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with payroll, employee information, financial documentation, and immigration records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English required; Cantonese/Mandarin beneficial for local/vendor coordination.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with local third-party payroll provider to process monthly payroll for Hong Kong employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, MPF, and other admin matters with external providers.
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding payroll, HR processes, benefits, and procedures.
• Serve as onsite administrative and security point of contact for the office.
• Coordinate immigration work visa and filings with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support local finance/administration vendor setups and basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain organized corporate, financial, and administrative records.
• Manage office and lab access, visitor management, and general onsite needs.
• Collaborate with Shenzhen operations on cross-border issues and ad hoc projects.
