Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations or leadership experience in international organisations
• Experience leading HR transformation projects end-to-end
• Experience with payroll vendors and services
• Experience in job evaluation and grading practices
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to the Global HR Director and ensure delivery of global HR priorities
• Partner with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders to promote compliant HR practices
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement and HR service delivery monitoring
• Lead development and implementation of global HR policies, systems and governance
• Provide leadership and coordination to HR teams and project stakeholders
• Lead complex global HR transformation projects from design through implementation and evaluation
• Review global payroll operations and vendor arrangements to streamline providers and strengthen controls
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for payroll and HR process improvements
• Lead review and alignment of global job grading across countries
• Analyse organisational structures and recommend solutions for equity and effectiveness
• Support development of job architecture and governance processes
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and outcomes
