Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager / Senior Human Resources Officer in Hong Kong to lead a broad HR remit. The role covers talent acquisition, comp & benefits, learning, performance management and employee relations, with emphasis on compliant HR operations and process excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor in HR, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must.
• Functional Knowledge on using PeopleSoft is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits management, training and development, performance management and employee relations.
• Handle the HR operations and business processes.
• Execute HR policies & procedures in line with corporate directions and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR and administration related metrics.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.
