Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager, C&B Payroll Services for a fast-expanding banking client. The role supports payroll services, staff benefits administration and HR operations in the Compensation & Benefits function.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or HR and has 4-5 years of relevant experience, with strong Chinese and English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of local ordinances. Putonghua fluency is a plus.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with local employment ordinances.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

A fast-expanding China-based Bank with strong presence of cross-border business is looking for a high-calibre Payroll Specialist to join her Human Resources Departmment assist in staff personnel and job movement record, and enrollment of Group Medical & Insurance Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports on payroll service & staff benefits administration
• Assist in staff personnel and job movement record management
• Handle the enrollment of Group Medical, Life Insurance and Employee Compensation Insurance and other C&B provisions.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, keep update on staff movement

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration, HR or any related disciplines
• 4- 5 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with local employment related ordinances
• Detailed minded with good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
