Qualifications

Provide BAU IT support to end user on software /hardware such as internal system, printers, VPN, fax, mobile devices, etc.
Responsible for software and hardware installation (Office application, etc.)
System/ Network / Internet monitor and maintenance
Maintain and support the user for some internal systems such as OA and mobile application
Work closely with IT infrastructure team for system and internet maintenance
Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
