Provide deskside support to users
Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
Package, test and execute software & patch deployment to Windows7/10 workstations by using SCCM
Preparing weekly and monthly reports after deployment cycles
Troubleshooting the software package, SCCM client and server components issues
Manual software & patch installation to Windows 7/10 workstations if necessary
