Job summary

Gravitas-Recruitment-Group is seeking a Sales Support Analyst in Hong Kong to bolster the sales and marketing teams with product performance and proposal insights for hedge fund products. You will support business development, respond to RFPs, and develop decks while coordinating with internal and external parties for timely client responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field, 3–5 years in finance, and fluency in English with Cantonese or Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics or a related subject.
Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is required.
3–5 years of experience in finance, asset management, fund house, banking or consulting.
Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support business development with fund perspectives, performance updates, and competitor analysis.
Respond to requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires.
Develop and maintain sales decks, pitchbooks and internal materials for hedge fund products.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for timely, accurate client responses.
Drive enhancements to the sales support model with key stakeholders.
Represent the sales team on CRM, compliance clearance, data analysis and cross-functional projects.
