Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Product/RFP professional to support the sales and marketing team in Hong Kong and for overseas wholesale/institutional business. You will work under the Head of Sales Support in Hong Kong, providing day-to-day support and contributing to various projects.

You will assist with fund perspectives, performance updates, competitor analyses, and responses to RFPs/DDQs, while developing hedge fund product materials and coordinating with internal/external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with business sense.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales activities in Hong Kong and overseas wholesale/institutional business.
• Assist marketing in providing fund perspectives, performance updates, competitor analyses, and RFP/DDQ responses.
• Develop/maintain hedge fund product materials (sales decks, pitchbooks, internal docs).
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure timely, accurate client responses.
• Drive enhancements to the sales support model with stakeholders for best-in-class client experience.
• Represent the sales team on CRM, compliance clearance, client communications, and data analytics projects.
