Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is recruiting for a Product/RFP professional within the sales and marketing team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on wholesale and institutional business, providing day-to-day support to the sales team and representing the team in various projects.

You will proactively support business development by delivering fund perspectives, performance updates, competitor analysis, and RFP/DDQ responses, and you will develop hedge fund product materials for decks and internal use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with business acumen.
• Excellent English writing and speaking; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency required.
• Excellent MS Office skills; programming experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years' experience in finance, asset management, banks or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with fund insights, performance updates, and RFP responses.
• Develop hedge fund product materials, decks, and internal materials.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties for timely client responses.
• Drive sales support improvements and client experience.
• Represent sales in CRM, compliance clearance, and data projects.
