LUBUDS F&B Group is seeking a Head Sommelier to oversee and elevate wine and beverage programs across our high-end dining concepts in Hong Kong. The role requires leadership across multiple outlets, pairing expertise across Western and Chinese cuisines, and direct engagement with VIP guests.

You will curate wine lists, manage cellar operations, and collaborate with culinary teams on exclusive events, while training staff to提升 upselling and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Sommelier in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
• Recognized sommelier certification (e.g., WSET Level 3 or above or Court of Master Sommeliers).
• Deep knowledge of international wine regions and pairings for Western and Chinese cuisines.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Wine program management across multiple upscale restaurants, including list curation and pairings.
• Inventory control, cellar operations, and supplier negotiations.
• Provide expert recommendations and premium hospitality to VIP guests and regular patrons.
• Coordinate exclusive wine dinners, tastings, and other events with management and culinary teams.
• Conduct wine and beverage training workshops for staff to improve upselling and service standards.
