Responsibilities

• Manage full wine program, cellar, inventory and costs.
• Create refined wine pairings and tasting menus for guests.
• Train and lead sommelier and service team to deliver top guest experiences.
• Collaborate with kitchen to harmonize wine and cuisine.
• Handle wine list development, supplier relations, and events.
