Job summary

AIA seeks a seasoned Customer Analytics Product Manager to act as the primary SME for analytics across Marketing, Business Units, Data Science and Tech. You will define data foundations and scalable pipelines, lead roadmap development for lead scoring, propensity models, up-/cross-sell and lifecycle insights, and drive value through marketing activation and personalization.

You will translate business requirements into analytics solutions, oversee model deployment standards and ensure adoption

Qualifications

Proven success in driving customer repurchase and lifecycle initiatives in financial services.
Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and data products.
Ability to partner with marketing, data science, data engineering and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the customer analytics product roadmap across groups and units.
Act as product owner for customer analytics use cases with alignment to business priorities.
Gather requirements, build business cases and align stakeholders for analytics initiatives.
Monitor adoption, impact and recommend enhancements for analytics products.
Coordinate delivery across data science, data engineering, martech and technology teams.
Define data requirements and ensure scalable, automated data pipelines.
Develop dashboards and measurement frameworks for performance reviews.
Embed customer analytics into campaigns, engagement and retention programs.
