Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior professional to define and drive end-to-end AI and analytics strategy for Customer & Marketing. You will transform existing workflows into AI-enabled products and agent-driven operating models, bridging business strategy, analytics, and AI innovation to deliver scalable use cases across campaigns, reporting, and engagement journeys.

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, product or platform development, customer or marketing analytics, or related roles in large organizations.
Proficiency in AI tools with ability to pioneer practical AI applications.
Experience leading or orchestrating large cross-functional initiatives and shaping customer journeys.
Strong business literacy and ability to translate insights into pragmatic execution frameworks.
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Drive Task-to-Product Transformation by converting fragmented tasks into scalable AI-driven products.
Define end-user products and outputs, such as campaign outputs and analytics products.
Lead data collection definitions across digital touchpoints and own event taxonomy standards.
Design AI Agent-Enabled Workflows and identify AI use cases across end-to-end processes.
Define AI tooling strategy and partner with CTO to secure access to required tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Ensure solutions meet compliance, governance, and risk requirements.
Lead innovation and build a roadmap for AI adoption across priority business areas.
