Job summary

AIA is seeking a senior expert in customer analytics to drive insights across its marketing, distribution and partnership teams in Hong Kong. You will shape analytics strategy, transform data into business insights, and collaborate with Martech, Data and Technology to optimize customer journeys and marketing effectiveness.

The role requires leadership in segmentation, propensity models and lifetime value analysis, with a focus on regional growth and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or post-graduate degree required, with life insurance/financial services context preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer repurchase and regional initiatives.
• Actuarial background is advantageous for product development and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of insurance-related financial metrics.
• Experience with data and analytics and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group-wide customer analytics and insights strategy for growth.
• Transform customer data into actionable insights for acquisition and retention.
• Establish governance, standards and KPIs for analytics and reporting.
• Drive advanced analytics: segmentation, propensity modeling, LTV, lead scoring.
• Partner with Marketing, Martech and Technology to maximize data value.
• Develop benchmarking, dashboards and executive insights for leadership.
