Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a data-focused professional to define upstream data collection across digital touchpoints, ensuring clean, complete data foundations for models and analytics.

You will partner with IT, Data Engineering and Marketing to drive data collection governance, enable propensity modelling, and lead AI-enabled workflow improvements—improving customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Define precise data specifications, event taxonomies, and data contracts.
• Translate BI needs into data collection requirements for IT.
• Ensure data collected supports propensity modelling and analytics.
• Comply with PDPO/GDPR and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Define data collection requirements across web, mobile, CRM, and policy systems.
• Own event taxonomy and data collection standards, coordinating with IT.
• Review telemetry implementations for specification alignment and gaps.
• Maintain a living data collection registry for analytics purposes.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows and build AI literacy within the team.
