• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, preferably Actuarial/Finance; master’s degree is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python) preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent knowledge and proven track record in project management/execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Customer Segmentation & Insight Generation: Develop segmentation models and derive insights across data sources.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to embed insights into strategies.
• Reporting: Create and present dashboards and reports highlighting key trends.
