Job summary

The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection is seeking a proactive restaurant team member in Causeway Bay. You will handle phone bookings, greet guests, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience while ensuring accurate paperwork and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in a similar role, with knowledge of Respak being a plus. This is a full-time position in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage.
• Familiar with Respak table management system for booking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented, energetic and a team player.
