Job summary

Conrad Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk professional to provide courteous service to hotel guests and handle enquiries with local information. The role emphasizes building long-term guest satisfaction and requires shift work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of Front Desk experience, hold a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field, and be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua to communicate with diverse guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree not required; Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline is acceptable.
• Minimum 1–2 years Front Desk experience.
• Service-oriented with pleasant personality; positive attitude and good customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
